Morning moments

I watched you sleep this morning. I can't believe you're still in my bed. You're so beautiful. Some would say men have to be "handsome", not "beautiful". But I stand my ground...you are beyond just handsome to me. I prayed for you. That I will be a good wife to you. That I will be what you need....and what you want. You held my hand even in your sleep. The affection I felt for you was overwhelming at times. As tense as life can get at times it all gets washed away by these sweetest of quiet morning moments.
