The theory about the theory that the theorist wrote about the theory

Homework! BLAH! I'm in theory right now and it can be so overwhelming sometimes. This is such heavy, dry, complicated stuff and my brain is fizzled! Reading about theories, grand theories, middle range theories, metaparadigms, lions and tigers and bears--oh my! Ok, I'm back to the daunting task of trying to muddle my way through this.
